The Qool team meets three times each week for a short team-building exercise and to discuss any problems as well as projects and events on the horizon. In a company where new projects come up all the time, communication is essential for both individual and group success. Every team member sets their own goals and tracks them on a weekly basis, allowing for changes when necessary and immediate feedback on accomplishments and areas that need improvement. We help each other out and share in our successes.
We’re a growing company, currently with about 20 team members. With positions such as graphic designers, editors, traffic managers and programmers, we’ve got a spot for you.
